Models
SELIP can produce FRP stacks using different kinds of technology :
SELIP STACK FW type (reinforcment made by filament winding technology) The stack is usually supported by a steel or concrete structure.
This solution is suggested for stacks with internal diameter from 1 to 4 meters.
For higher diameters, the cost of transportation becomes very relevant, so the SELIP technical department has developed the Spine Flex™ solution.
SELIP can design stacks according to customer’s requests.
DIFFERENT KINDS OF CONNECTION

1° - F type (flanged)
Supported by metal or concrete structure.
Stack is supported on the bottom and each single pipe is flanged and guided max. every 12 meter.
It is possible to adapt these stacks to existing structure |

2° - S type (welded)
Supported by metal or concrete structure.
Stack is supported on the bottom and each single pipe is welded max. every 12 meter.
Only one guided point is necessary

3° - B type (flexible connection)
Supported by metal or concrete structure.
Stack is supported from the top max. every 12 meter and guided max. every 12 meter.

SELIP STACK SPINE FLEX type (reinforcment with fabrics) - Spine Flex™
Stack is obtained by FRP sectors made by hand lay up technology
This stack needs an external steel structure.
This stack is patented / registered by SELIP. It is suggested for diameters from 5 to 15 meter.
Insulation
SELIP can provide insulation manufactured with FRP sandwich. This allows a reduction in installation cost and saves time on site.
